3. Uploaded Content & Data License

By uploading content to MLtwist, you grant MLtwist a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your uploaded content for the purposes of operating, improving, and training our services. You retain all ownership rights to your original content. This license allows us to run your files through processing pipelines, store intermediate and final outputs, and use anonymized or aggregated data derived from processing to improve our AI models and services.

4. Cookies & Tracking

MLtwist uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We may use basic analytics to understand how the service is used.

5. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to operate MLtwist, including Google Cloud Platform for file storage and processing, and Google Gemini for AI-powered labeling. Your uploaded files may be processed by these services in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

You may delete your uploaded files and Twist outputs at any time. When you delete content, we remove it from our active storage. Aggregated or anonymized data derived from your content may be retained for service improvement purposes.

7. Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), signed URLs for file access, and secure authentication via magic links. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MLtwist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Account Terms

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. MLtwist reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Content License Grant

By uploading content to MLtwist, you grant MLtwist a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your uploaded content for the purposes of operating, improving, and training our services. You retain all ownership rights to your original content. This license is necessary for us to process your files through AI pipelines, generate labeled outputs, and improve our models and processing capabilities.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MLtwist to: upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service; interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the service; or exceed the usage limits applied to your account.

5. Service Availability

MLtwist is provided as a demo service and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Per-user run limits and a global kill switch may restrict availability at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

MLtwist and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MLtwist and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your use of the service does not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MLtwist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

MLtwist is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI-generated labels or processing outputs will be accurate or error-free.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
